Rainy May Recap
Hello devoted blog followers!
I apologize for being MIA. I have been busy living life, tackling the downs and appreciating the ups as they are dealt to me. It's been a mix of both lately, but that doesn't make me love life any less. Each day is truly a gift that I am so blessed to be given.
Anyways, I am checking back in to give you all an update on what's happening in my life. The weather in Colorado has been ridiculous this month. We have had a very, very rainy May, which I am not a fan of. Thankfully the 10-day forecast is looking more optimistic for this coming weekend, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed. A few other events that have happened include going to Jake's place a couple weekends ago for one last Wii/hot tub party (which was super fun, as always), meeting up with Talia for pedis and lunch, and seeing "Pitch Perfect 2" with Amanda. My aunt and uncle were here for a couple weeks this month, so it was nice to see them, too! Things have been pretty normal otherwise.
On Friday, June 12th, I will be flying to Utah for the weekend to attend my cousin Rachel's wedding reception! I am really looking forward to this weekend, as I will also get to see my brother and lots of other family, too!
I will have a couple weeks off at the end of June/early July, and I am currently trying to plan some little sight seeing adventures and other odds and ands to fill that time. I want to soak up as much of Colorado as I can before I move! I will keep you all updated as that agenda unfolds. :)
Anyways, I'm sorry I don't have more exciting news to share with you all, but just know that I am alive and well and hoping you all are, too!
