Ok guys…you see the title of this blog? That’s how life has felt since around May…oh the stories I have to tell you! I know that I have kind of failed at this whole “ABC Blog Series” business, and for that, I apologize. I thought the structure of using letters of the alphabet would make blogging easier, but it actually made it harder…a lot harder. It was limiting, and I missed blogging about my every day life and experiences. So, starting today, this is going to be my last blog post for this series, and I’m starting fresh! I’m going to create a whole new blog and it’ll be a whole new world full of magic carpet rides. I’m excited. Are you excited?! You can lie, it’s fine. 

Sitting here today and looking back on everything that happened over the past few months has made me realize that when life felt like it was falling apart, it was actually falling into place (I just couldn’t see that at the time). Isn’t it funny how life, and God, works like that? I use the term “falling apart” quite dramatically, because it wasn’t that bad at all; nothing I couldn’t handle with Michael by my side. We just had a lot of “we’ll laugh about this someday” moments in a short amount of time. Anyways, I’ll give you a quick run-down of all the “big ticket” items that have happened since May, the time when life started to get a little crazy:

• Michael and I went to Colorado over Memorial Day Weekend

• We bought a new-to-us vehicle

• We got married

• We bought a house

Those sound like fairly normal life events, right? Right! But, there are a lot of stories, emotions, and learning experience behind each of those events that I want to share with you all, and I will!
