Celestial Seasonings Sale & Weekend Plans
Tea tea tea!
For all of you tea lovers out there, today I went to Celestial Seasonings tea factory just down the road, or a few trails away anyways, to browse through their tent sale! All boxes of tea outside were just $1.00 each. They also had these cool energy shots and sleep shots, which I did not end up purchasing, although I liked the concept. I bought two boxes of tea and then went into the factory's gift shop which is yet another dangerous place to go. Lots and lots of tea, treats, teapots, mugs, soaps, and more knick-knacky stuff. I will definitely be back (good Christmas gift material) and possibly take a free tour if I get the chance. I'm more of a coffee drinker, but you can't go wrong with a good cup of tea either. That's one thing I'll miss about back home...dessert after family dinner with a cup of Celestial Seasonings tea. :) Something to look forward to when I'm back home visiting around Christmas time!
Near future plans include homemade pizza for dinner, which I am really looking forward too! I love pizza, and homemade pizza usually never disappoints. Saturday and Sunday are the big Cyclocross races in Boulder which will be fun to go see. Amber and Eric are both racing, along with their friend, Sunny, who is staying with us for a few days.
Other than that, I'm still adjusting to life here in Boulder. It's not that it's really needing to "adjust", it's more like the longer I'm away from home, the more things I realize I'm missing. On the other hand, the more time I spend here, the more things I find I like about the area. It kind of cancels out in a way. I've been able to find more orangy-red colored leaves as the days go by which makes me happy. It doesn't compare to the beautifully abundant colored leaves back home in MN, but it will do. :)
As usual, I hope you are all doing well and enjoying these wonderful fall October days!
